For non-residential courses and conferences: light meals and refreshments
For half-day and evening courses: light refreshments as appropriate.

Terms Apply:
- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounted rates.
- Members and CA students must quote their respective membership numbers when booking places.
- The discount offered applied to the person attending the course. Substitutes are welcome, however, if they are not entitled to the discount the appropriate additional charge will be incurred.
- The discounts may be used for all public courses except webinars and online courses.
Group Bookings
- For every five places booked on the same course, the sixth place will be free. Group bookings can be used for webinars and breakfast briefings. This will not include our online offering.

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Please note that no refunds will be given outwith the time limits listed below. Substitute participants are acceptable at any time and will incur no extra charges.
Non-residential: When cancellations are received within fourteen days, the full fees are payable. Cancellations received between twenty and fourteen days are subject to a 20% administration charge.
Residential: When cancellations are received within twenty-eight days, the full fees are payable. Cancellations received between thirty-five and twenty-eight days are subject to a 20% administration charge.
Course Papers
Course papers will be issued on the day of the course. This documentation is made available only to those attending the course. Course papers should not be reproduced.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Where relevant, our courses help meet Continuous Professional Development (CPD) requirements with our half day courses generally equating to three hours and our full day courses to five hours.
Programme and Fee Changes
Our training programme is constantly reviewed and updated and we reserve the right to amend the content, timing and cost of the programme as necessary.
Hotels
ICAS has negotiated special accommodation rates at selected hotels for participants attending courses/conferences and requiring overnight accommodation. For further details please telephone 0131 347 0232.

Please advise us if you have a disability or dietary requirements in advance to allow us to make the necessary arrangements.
Reminder
If you wish to receive a reminder of the courses booked please give us your mobile number when the booking is made and a reminder will be sent three days in advance of the course.
Transferable Season Ticket
The transferable season ticket provides your organisation with a convenient and flexible way of booking your training with ICAS Business Courses.
How does it work?
Once purchased, your season ticket entitles you to book any staff member on courses or conferences contained within this directory at a discount of 20% except webinars and online courses.
How long is the ticket valid?
Your season ticket is valid for as long as it takes you to use it.
Easy booking and administration
With your transferable season ticket the process of booking courses becomes easy. Simply call 0131 347 0232 giving your company details and details of which course you would like to attend. Alternatively, fax us on 0131 347 0112. You can call us between 09.00 and 17.00 hrs to request a balance on your season ticket.
How much does it cost?
£2,000 + VAT (Note that you can buy as many tickets as you wish in multiples of £2,000).
