PlusPoint – Cash flow made easy

Increasingly, clients require their accountants to take a more proactive role in their business and being able to offer insightful and practical ideas is therefore of growing importance to firms. ICAS have worked in conjunction with Level 10 to bring you PlusPoint. PlusPoint is a cash flow management application that allows accountants to work closely with their clients to monitor and address movements in cash flow, enabling them to provide real value added services and open up new fee income channels.

    Key features:

    • A quick and easy set-up process
    • Direct, real time access to clients’ financial information
    • Daily, weekly and monthly views
    • Interactive ‘dashboard’ which gives financial position of client’s business
    • “what if” capability enables firms to see cash flow impact of changes in client’s business
    • “Traffic light” colour graphics which make identifying problem timescales easier
    • Independent access by the client and the firm

    How does PlusPoint work?

PlusPoint works by connecting the client’s accounting data directly to PlusPoint’s software, meaning that data is up to date and accurate. The client then gives permission to its accountant to have access to this information and the accountant can review its clients’ cash flow position when required. Users pay a small monthly subscription for access to Pluspoint. There are no up-front costs associated with running the application, nor is there any tie in for minimum contract periods. More information on PlusPoint can be obtained at www.pluspointapp.com/
